When I stopped in, the furniture selection felt limited. I was hoping to browse a few different styles and compare options in person, but there just wasn’t much that caught my eye. It wasn’t bad, just kind of small and a little boring overall

The extra fees just kept piling on, and at some point it felt like they were making it way more expensive than it needed to be. I don’t really blame myself for missing the fine print because it was just too much. Not worth it in the end...

"Contract details left me drained"
I didn’t have the best experience with Showplace Rents. The contract details felt confusing from the start, and I didn’t feel like everything was explained clearly upfront.
Some of the fees and terms only became obvious after I had already gotten into the process, which was frustrating. I kept having to ask questions just to understand what I was agreeing to, and by the end I felt mentally drained.
Maybe it’s fine for other people, but the lack of transparency made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again.

I used showplacerents.com and overall the billing was pretty much what I expected. The main charge was right, so that part was fine, but there was one extra fee that wasn’t super clear at first. Support did explain it to me later, which helped, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I just wish the invoice was EASIER to read from the start. Not bad overall, but definitely could be a little better.

I just don’t feel like the monthly cost is fair for what you actually get. I wouldn’t mind paying if the value matched the price, but right now it feels a little hard to justify.

"Returning it was more frustrating than I expected"
I wanted to like the experience, but the return process just felt confusing from the start. I tried to exchange the item instead of making it a bigger issue, but that ended up taking way longer than I expected. I also reached out to support hoping they could clear things up, but they didn’t really help much. Overall, the hassle of dealing with the return made the whole purchase feel not really worth it

"Pretty frustrating store visit"
I went in just to ask about renting a couch, and it felt like I was burning energy for no reason. I stood around waiting while the staff acted like helping me was a chore, and when someone finally came over, the answers were short and not very useful.
The pricing and rental terms weren’t explained clearly either, so I left more confused than when I walked in. It was annoying because I had already spent the time and effort getting there, only to feel like the whole trip was wasted. I ended up going somewhere else

Well... I wasn’t too happy with the support. It took a while to get a response, and when I did, it didn’t really help much with my issue.

The delivery took way too long. I was expecting it much earlier, and then, anyway, the worst part was not really getting clear updates while I was waiting. It threw off my plans and made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. If timing is important, I probably wouldn’t order from them again

"Online ordering was a headache"
I tried placing an order online it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The whole process felt confusing and slow, and checkout wasn’t very clear at all. After I paid, I didn’t really feel like I was getting enough updates either. Like I said, it was just a headache from start to finish. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the online ordering process a lot better

I had a bad experience with the staff here. I asked a few basic questions, and they acted like I was annoying them or wasting their time. Isn’t that what customer service is supposed to be for? The responses were short, kind of rude, and just didn’t feel professional at all. I went in expecting a bit of help and left feeling ignored and frustrated. Why would I go back after that? I definitely wouldn’t use them again

The delivery showed up late, and once they got here, the whole setup felt rushed. A few things were uneven, they left boxes behind, and I noticed marks on the wall after they left. I ended up fixing some of it myself, which was frustrating. I also tried emailing customer support, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address what I was asking...

I had an issue and reached out hoping to get it fixed, but the whole process was hit or miss. Some replies came through eventually, but they were slow and didn't really help much. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. In the end, it still didn’t feel properly sorted, so I was left frustrated...

I gave showplacerents.com a try, and while the site seems decent enough at first, the rental date options felt way too rigid for me. I only needed to shift my dates a little, but it turned into more of a hassle than I expected.
I guess it could work fine if you already know your plans won’t change at all, but that wasn’t my situation. It looks useful in theory, but I’m not totally convinced unless they make the booking dates a bit more flexible.

"Not flexible with payment dates"
I’m not trying to avoid paying or anything, but I asked if there was any way to move my payment date a little and basically got shut down. It wasn’t even a big change, and I felt like there was zero willingness to work with me. Renting is already stressful enough, so this just made it worse. If you need any kind of flexibility with payments, I personally wouldn’t use them again.
